Dipperkit opened her eyes to bright sunlight shining in the nursery. "Ugh," she grumbled, sitting up and stretching before she looked around the small den. Swiftkit was sleeping in one of the old nests tired of fighting his siblings for room.
Blossombreeze entered camp, her catch in her jaws. She had to admit it was a fairly good catch, she'd go show this off to Otterdance. The skinny tortoiseshell sauntered her way over to the handsome tom. "Otterdance," the spoiled she-cat purred. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 14:15, March 20, 2017 (UTC)
Sorrelstar left her kittens in the nursery, being watched by various warriors as she was the only queen currently. The tall leader snuck a glance at the mysterious molly who had randomly decided to join her Clan not long ago. Why would this cat want to join AuutmnClan after growing up in the so called noble Clan? I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 14:45, March 22, 2017 (UTC)
Uninterested and feeling rather detatched, Otterdance leaned away from the approaching warrior and let out an irritated grun. "What?" He spoke shortly and with haste.---- Dapplekit amused herself with a small moss ball, rolling it back and forth across the den floor.Silverstar 20:08, March 22, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit parted his jaws to drink in the scents. He detected Dapplekit's nearby. His large ears perked forward, listening carefully. Movement made his whiskers and the hair in his ears vibrate. He twitched an ear one way, listening to the sounds and heard light batting and small paws on the ground. He turned that way, closing his mouth and held his head and tail high as he approched Dapplekit. "I found you," he purred, proudly. ~Patchfeather~ 21:36, March 22, 2017 (UTC)
Blossombreeze dropped the fair sized prey before speaking in her high voice. "Mind if I join you?" She asked, casting her pale gaze down onto the handsome tom. "I've just got this lovely vole and I'd love to share it."
Sorrelstar cast her gaze off of the new molly, it seemed suspicious that she had joined and the leader was intent on finding out even if it took another life. Meanwhile, Wolfstorm and Pinestorm raced into camp completely breathless from running. "Wow that was a close one!" The tabby tom exclaimed laughing. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 19:53, March 23, 2017 (UTC)
"I prefer the companionship of nobody, so no thanks. Go find someone else to eat with." Otterdance gave an edgy growl with the flattening of his ears.---- Dapplekit let out an overjoyed purr. "See? You're getting so good at this, Morningkit! You'll be AutumnClan's best tracker by far."Silverstar 14:58, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
Rooknose watched as Otterdance refused the new warrior's company. The splashed warrior grabbed her dinner and moved on to the shadows to eat alone as she usually did. The medicine cat shook her head, there was something about Blossombreeze. She wasn't sure if it was good or bad yet but she'd figure it out. She headed to fresh-kill pile for her dinner before retired to her nest early again. Her headaches were becoming more frequent and it irritated her.
Swiftkit smirked at his blind brother before he pushed towards him. "Yeah maybe he can find a fox nest," the bi-colored kitten said. Dipperkit turned upon hearing this and narrowed her gaze. "He's doing far more better than you could ever do. All you do is lay around waiting for it to be handed to you just because your the leader's son!" She snapped. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 16:02, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
"Leave Morningkit alone!" Dapplekit spoke up nervously, certainly not one for conflict. The dainty and gentle-natured kitten had a strong fear of conflict, although she didn't want to see anyone attempt to put her blind brother down.Silverstar 16:11, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
Dipperkit kept her sharp gaze on her rude brother before she shuffled a bit closer to Morningkit. "Its not his fault and he doesn't need or want you putting him down." She said, her thoughts quite similar. Their mother did that quite a bit, despite being the leader's children they weren't treated by their mother as if she cared at all. Her main worry was her Clan, her Clan was her baby - her on kittens weren't much of a worry. To her they'd be handed off on some warrior soon. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 16:20, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit shuffled her little paws awkwardly, remaining firmly by her blind brother's side. She didn't know what else to say, she didn't want to fuel the argument even further.Silverstar 16:25, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
Dipperkit stood waiting for her brother's usual snappy, rude remarks poitning out others flaws. What he didn't look to see is his own flaws. Swiftkit rolled his golden eyes. "Oh please!" He exclaimed with a snort. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 16:28, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
Swiftkit snapped his head towards the quiet kitten, seething. "Looks like it hit the wrong cat," he said, taunting her. Dipperkit growled angrily. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 16:36, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
Swiftkit snorted and lashed his tail. "Me? Imperfect? I'm the best! Watch Sorrelstar will even tell you so," he said lifting his head high, his ego flying. The bi-colored tom sneered at the dappled kitten before turning on Dipperkit. "And you!" He laughed cruelly before rolling his eyes. "There's not even any words for you." Dipperkit stood there silent. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 19:10, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
Letting out a snarl, Morningkit lunghed at his brother, his large paws landing on Swiftkit's shoulders, digging his claws into his fur. "I have a really fun idea, Swiftkit. Why don't we play a game called 'I'm going to claw your eyes out'?" ~Patchfeather~ 20:00, March 24, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit cringed as her blind brother lunged forward, and the faint scent of tiny bit of blood hit her nose, and she made a disgusted face. She was already growing light-headed, cowering away from her two brothers. "M-Morningkit, stop, you're better than he is! You don't need to stoop down so low."Silverstar 16:01, March 25, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit faintly heard Dapplekit. She was right, he was way better than Swiftkit; he should act like it. But at the same time he wanted to make Swiftkit pay for being a jerk all the time. His claws loosened and he slid off of his brother, standing protectively in front of his sisters. "You've been warned." ~Patchfeather~ 19:04, March 25, 2017 (UTC)
Swiftkit had easily dodged Morningkit's attack, after all he had more of an advantage on the kitten. "Warned? By what, a mouse?" He laughed before glancing at his sisters with a sneer. The bi-colored kitten sniffed haughtily before speakiung again. "Besides I can guarantee I'll get the best mentor there is."
Sorrelstar sniffed as she watched her kittens, an argument about Morningkit's blindness. She saw so much of herself in Swiftkit but more of Falconheart in the others. The tabby and white leader narrowed her eyes. They would all be an asset to the Clan. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 14:07, March 27, 2017 (UTC)
"If your arrogance doesn't kill you first." Dapplekit let out a soft sigh, rising to her paws and marching from the nursery. Let Swiftkit's tongue get him killed, she wished to have no part in it.Silverstar 16:03, March 27, 2017 (UTC)
The bi-colored kitten scoffed before he turned away from his littermates. The last thing he saw was Dipperkit's look of annoyance. The tortoiseshell cat was rather mature for her age, well the whole litter was really. The only one who still acted like a week old kitten was Swiftkit. Dipperkit looked at Morningkit before her tail curled on his shoulder. "Don't listen to him he doesn't know what he's talking about." The molly said with a soft smile. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 16:06, March 27, 2017 (UTC)
The slender tortoiseshell tabby sauntered across camp, tail remaining low as she moved along. Perhaps her fate didn't truly rest in the paws of AutumnClan, rather in another clan? Her home held no respect for her. In that case...she would grow strong, powerful in a way that would forever burn AutumnClan, and prove them all wrong.Silverstar 16:08, March 27, 2017 (UTC)
Dipperkit smiled once more before she glanced after Dapplekit. "Would you like to come with me? I'm going to grab something from the fresh-kill pile?" I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 16:12, March 27, 2017 (UTC)
"Thanks," Morningkit said flatly, his blind eyes following Swiftkit like a hawk. Some cats told him him he was weird; not the fact that he was blind, but the fact he didn't act like he was. When he spoke to cats his eyes were on their face the whole time, or when he played, his eyes were fixed on the pebble, or whatever. Why am I weird anyway? He quietly asked himself. A thought popped into his head. When he first found out about his blindness, he thought it was a punishment from StarClan, or they didn't like him. But now, he wondered, was there a reason he was like this? Was he supposed to be here to do something great? ~Patchfeather~ 20:38, March 27, 2017 (UTC)
Dipperkit gave a heavy sigh. It seemed no matter who she tried to help they always thought badly of her? She shook her head before heading to the fresh-kill pile grabbing a small mouse before finding a quiet place to eat. I solemnly swearthat I am up to no good 14:10, March 28, 2017 (UTC)
The mature kitten kept away from her family, avoiding Sorrelstar at all costs. Dapplekit used to be her mother's favorite, but now, she favored her arrogant brother. What happened?Silverstar 16:29, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Sorrelstar was handing out patrols, leaving Otterdance in charge of the border patrol. She had made sure Blossombreeze wasn't on any, she didn't trust her. The tortoiseshell and white tabby leader glanced at Dapplekit briefly. She had begun to favor Swiftkit more due to his likeness to her deceased brother, Flametail. My name is Lord Voldemort 16:35, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Upon feeling her mother's gaze burning into her pelt, Dapplekit moved further off. She'd prove them all wrong...she'd be the greatest strategist the Clans had ever come to know, and she'd make them regret treating her so wrongly.Silverstar 16:41, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Sorrelstar finsished her patrols and quickly headed up to her den. She had been hearing of a few of the Clans growing weaker since the death of their previous leaders or just Clanmate in general. The tabby and white queen cast her gaze to the nursery where Swiftkit was walking out towards the apprentices den. The bi-colored tom was much larger than his smaller siblings and she saw potential in him. My name is Lord Voldemort 18:19, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Otterdance unenthusiastically marched along, ears flattened in annoyance. Why was he in charge of a patrol? He wasn't deputy, he was a warrior; he wasn't interested in more work.---- Dapplekit trudged out of camp, seeing that outside of camp was much more quieter. Of course, she was a kitten and therefore not allowed out, but she was apprentice-aged, and that was good enough for her.Silverstar 18:23, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
The pointed warrior, concentrated on whatever rest ahead, let out a grunt of greeting.---- Dapplekit sat before a small, young tree, curiously glancing up it. She was set on trying her hand at tree-climbing.Silverstar 18:32, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Aspenflower remained silent as she observed the patrol silent. Rosepetal had been picked to go on a patrol, the quiet tabby warrior had her gaze set ahead as well looking over the land. My name is Lord Voldemort 18:54, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit padded out of the nursery, with the slightly annoyed expression that he always had. Camp was so boring. When would they become apprentices. He cast his mother a cold glance. She probably wouldn't even make him an apprentice. And why not? My hearing is sharper than a bats, my scents better than any warrior, I'm as quick as lightning, and I can hunt. Just because I'm missing one tiny thing doesn't mean I can't be as good as anyone else. ~Patchfeather~ 18:59, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Otterdance remarked the borders.----Dapplekit heaved herself up the tree, pricking her ears in interest. This could be very fun, if she could get up nice 'n high.Silverstar 19:01, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Rooknose heaved herself from her nest tiredly, a slight pounding at the front of her temple. Why wouldn't these headaches go away? She growled before she pushed out into the sunlight, nearly blinding her already squinted eyes. My name is Lord Voldemort 19:29, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit herself was surprised by how easily she could heave herself up in the tree, slowly creeping from branch to branch. She glanced down, surprised by how high up she was getting. Imagine, if her Clanmates were really only ants below her paws...maybe then they'd finally respect her.Silverstar 19:57, March 29, 2017 (UTC)
The tabby medicine cat slunk deeper into the center of camp, staying away from any cats that would engage a conversation. The lithe molly was irritated at the fact that anything she tried wouldn't get rid of her headaches. My name is Lord Voldemort 13:19, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit padded around, cooing a quiet song to himelf. There was nothing to do. He glanced at his mother. An idea! He padded over. "Can I go hunting outside camp?" he blurted when he stopped a tail-length away from her. "I know I'm still a kit, but I'm just about ready to be an apprentice, I won't get hurt, a warrior could come with me," he tried not to sound too pleading. ~Patchfeather~ 13:38, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Sorrelstar, at the squeaky sound of her son's voice, turned and couldn't help but let out a snort."You hunt?" She scoffed. "Go ahead, give a try. A kitten your size won't be able to catch anything." She called Orchidsnow over before telling him what to do. The gray warrior nodded. My name is Lord Voldemort 13:50, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit was startled that Sorrelstar acutally gave an 'ok'. He flattened his ears at her comment about his size. I am still a kit. I could be the biggest of my siblings one day. But he didn't voice it, too excited at the thought of leaving camp for the first time. He strutted over to the camp entrance and slid out, amazed by all the scents and sounds. A whole new world was waiting to be explored! ~Patchfeather~ 14:27, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
The tortoiseshell tabby kitten sat tall in the tree, her eyes sparkling with excitement. This could be her 'happy place', her own little kingdom where no harm could come to her. No sour words from her arrogant little brother, no disappointment from her mother, and no disdain from her AutumnClan clanmates! Dapplekit drew in a sharp breath, purring to herself...of course, until she slipped and fell.Silverstar 15:33, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Orchidsnow cast the blind kitten a smile, forgetting he couldn't see him. "Well how about we head out," he said once Sorrelstar walked off. "Maybe I can teach you a few things," he said with a chuckle. He enjoyed teaching things, it was more or less fun for him. My name is Lord Voldemort 15:53, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Letting out a soft yelp of surprise, Dapplekit fell to the earth, attempting to lash out at the passing branches to save herself. They whipped past, scratching at her skin until she lessened her fall by slowing herself with a few clusters of smaller, weak branches. Ultimately, she hit the ground with a soft thud.Silverstar 15:58, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit hardly heard Orchidsnow, but replied with, "Okay!" as he padded farther out of camp. He pricked his ears when he heard something fall onto the ground. Probably an unlucky squirrel. ~Patchfeather~ 16:26, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
"Owie..." Dapplekit landed on her shoulder, harder than she had thought. Staggering to her paws, the kit frowned at her agonizing shoulder before awkwardly wandering off.Silverstar 16:31, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit skidded to a halt, taking a moment to figure out his surroundings. Trees, some undergrowth, grass, mouse, squirrel, vole, bird which he remembered from the fresh-kill pile and... Dapplekit? Maybe she got Sorrelstar's permission to leave camp, like he did. She probably had a warrior with her. He focused on the hunt, turning to Orchidsnow. "Where are the best places to hunt?" he asked, kneading the ground. ~Patchfeather~ 19:21, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Jayflight was shaking his pelt. He was out of the camp, somewhere in the trees, supposed to be hunting. It was hard to hunt about then, but he tried to anyway. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
She could probably just walk it off, right? Yeah, she probably could. The tortoiseshell tabby shook out her pelt to free herself of dust, staggering forward and glancing around. Might as well explore while she was out, right? Not like her mother would care anyways.Silverstar 20:06, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Her shoulder continued to burn as she walked around, but nothing felt like it was broken, just sore. Dapplekit paused in her tracks as a scent came across her nose. Morningkit? What was he doing out of camp?! Her blind brother could easily get snagged by a fox and get lost in the territory without his eyesight!Silverstar 20:19, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit closed her eyes, further tasting the air. Wait...Morningkit was with a warrior, wasn't he? Relief washed over the she-cat, and she let out a small sigh. Good...I know we're 'bout to be made into apprentices, but I'd lose my sanity without Morningkit.Silverstar 20:28, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit quickly turned around, flattening her ears as a warrior approached. She opened her mouth to speak, but wasn't sure as to what she should say. She didn't recognize the warrior, seeing that she mainly stuck around her littermates.Silverstar 20:52, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
The tortoiseshell tabby kitten frowned. "Hardly her kit...That's all I'm known as?" Dapplekit frowned at this. Her mother barely seemed to love her litter, excluding Swiftkit. She didn't want to be known as the 'leader's daughter', she wanted to be known as an excellent warrior, a polite being, or something along those lines.Silverstar 21:31, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
"Cheer up, Dapple. You're nearly apprentices! Won't it be amazing? Come on, stay on the bright side with me." Jayflight flicked his shorthaired tail. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
Dapple? Nobody had ever given her a nickname before! The tabby kitten gave a small shrug of her shoulders. "I mean, yeah, I will be, but...that won't stop Swiftkit from being an arrogant fox-heart, while our mother does nothing about the way in which he treats everyone."Silverstar 21:42, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
"Aw, please. Swiftkit will change. He'll be nice as a warrior, and you'll feel great to be his sister!" Jayflight promised to the young Dapple. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
Dapplekit let out a soft snort. "You're really optimistic, you should pride in that. I don't think Swiftkit will easily change, arrogance like that doesn't leave over night, especially with my mom grinning behind him every moment of his life. He makes me...nervous."Silverstar 21:58, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
"I promise, he'll change. Now let's get back to camp for a real talk. Don't want a fox to snatch us out here. And, don't worry, I won't tell Sorrelstar you were out here." Jayflight looked at the small kit with great potential. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
"No need to worry about not telling her, she wouldn't care anyways. Morningkit's out as well." She muttered, limping along. "Heck, she wouldn't have cared if I fell out of that tree and died. But let her treat me as but another AutumnClan pawn, so long as she doesn't hurt Morningkit."Silverstar 22:27, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
"Come on, and, if your mother doesn't care, then i'll just allow you to come to my nest in the warriors den. If you want to. Also, you are protective to your brother, great leader quality." Jayflight purred. He liked this kit, and he knew just what he would do. He would ask Sorrelstar to be Dapplekit's mentor. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
Rowanshadow padded into camp from patrol, feeling sore. But she didn't mind being sore, it felt sorta nice to hurt once and awhile, makes you feel less lazy. She padded outside the warriors den and flopped onto the ground for a rest. ---- Morningkit gingerly sniffed the air and caught a whiff of mouse. He followed the trail. ~Patchfeather~ 22:46, March 30, 2017 (UTC)
"I bet apprenticeship will be great for you, Dapple, and who knows? I might be your mentor. And, you are fully welcome to talk with me whenever you need to." Jayflight brushed his tail over Dapplekit's back. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
Jayflight purred to the kit. He felt sorry for the kit, cause it had no father, and he could see the hesitation in it's voice, and it showed it didn't trust most cats. He quickly nuzzled the kit slightly, and looked back into the forest. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
Dapplekit shifted awkwardly as the warrior nuzzled her, but she didn't move away or show much disliking at his touch. Her mother never nuzzled her, the only other cat she clung to was Morningkit. And, well...he didn't have a choice as to whether or not he wanted her nuzzling.Silverstar 00:03, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit staggered back into the nursery in hopes of resting her shoulder. She was confident that it'd heal up in a short matter of time, it only seemed to be bruised. She flopped down in her nest with a small sigh before stretching out lazily.Silverstar 00:09, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
With a small yawn, Dapplekit started contemplating life, particularly her future. She wasn't sure if she saw herself remaining in AutumnClan, with stressful memories of her fragile relationship with her family. WinterClan likely wouldn't accept her, and she wasn't certain about how SpringClan or SummerClan would treat her.Silverstar 00:26, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Orchidsnow scented the air, delicate nose pointed ahead. He glanced at the kitten before he spoke. "We'll head to the training hollow, follow me." My name is Lord Voldemort 03:47, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit nodded, straightening and followed the warrior confidently. He stopped every so often to figure out what was around him, or to curiously sniff a plant. ~Patchfeather~ 04:18, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Orchidsnow glanced back at the tabby tom. He knew Sorrelstar thought of him as weak but if he tried and practiced he'd be one of the best warriors the Clan would ever have. Her mate being one of the many. The kitten had great lineage. Falconheart was brave and loyal, he knew he would be too. My name is Lord Voldemort 14:01, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
"What are you going to teach me? I already know the hunters crouch, I've practiced that a lot because I have a ton of boring time, and I think my leaps good, I tried it on some leaves a bunch of times and it ended well," Morningkit started yammering, looking proud to annouce all of his great knowledge. The Clan would be so impressed!~Patchfeather~ 14:44, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Orchidsnow thought for a minute, he figured since the tabby was apprenticed sized and aged he was good to hunt. "How about we try to see if you can catch your first catch?" He said, giving the tom a nudge. My name is Lord Voldemort 14:47, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit lashed his tail with excitement, then stopped and crouched low, letting the musty forest flood his senses. He detected mouse; in fact, he thought it might be the same one he had picked up eariler. He followed it with his ears pricked and whiskers tense. He felt a swath of bracken looming in his path before he reached and veered around it. He stopped when he sensed movement up ahead and crouched lower, stalking closer. His large paws moved ever so slowly closer until there was a snap and the mouse went running. Morningkit sniffed under his paws to find a broken stick. ~Patchfeather~ 15:03, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Jayflight opened his eyes, looking around. He knew it was abotu time he spoke with Sorrelstar, so he got up and padded over to her den, hoping she'd accept. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
Sorrelstar's head snapped up. "What?" The tabby and white molly turned sharply a glare sent the warrior's way. She stood up, making her way forward slowly. Orchisdsnow - however - watched Morningkit head bowed a little bit. "Try scouting the area your in." He suggest. "Straighten your tail." My name is Lord Voldemort 15:34, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
"I just wanted to know if, when Dapplekit is an apprentice, if I can be her mentor. She has great potential, and could become an amazing warrior." Jayflight looked to Sorrelstar with hope. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
The queen's eyes narrowed harshly as she looked at the pale tom. "Mentor? Sure, whatever." The leader said. "Now leave me." She turned away once more back facing away. My name is Lord Voldemort 15:57, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit slowly rolled onto her paws, blinking outside at the bright light. "Huh? Oh, sure!" She responded, pushing her way out of the nursery and approaching the young warrior.Silverstar 16:48, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Sorrelstar sat thinking in her den, she had been debating on apprenticing her litter early. She'd see soon, maybe. She just wanted to be able to leave camp and not have to come back and watch kittens. My name is Lord Voldemort 17:10, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit nodded slowly, then did as Orchidsnow said. He scented around a bit, before picking up sparrow, or so he thought. He put one paw in front of the other, carefully, before he heard an alram call. Not this time! Morningkit roared in his thoughts and sprang, trapping the sparrow beneath his paws before it could get a chance to fly. He nipped it's neck and it fell still. ~Patchfeather~ 17:12, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Orchidsnow grineed, "Great job!" He exclaimed to the tabby tom. "We can take it back to camp now," he told him. The gray tom had been hearing that Sorrelstar wanted to apprentice them early, her kits that is. My name is Lord Voldemort 17:14, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit trailed after the warrior, head held high and proud. He did it! And weren't birds hard to catch er something? Even better! He could shove it in Swiftkit's stupid face. He realized as he followed Orchidsnow, that it was harder to find his way around with scent, the prey masked most of it. I'll work on it, I can overcome it. I can overcome anything! ~Patchfeather~ 17:18, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
"It's gonna be so much fun! I can't wait to show you the full territory, the best places to hunt mice, hunter's crouch, oh I just can't wait!" Jayflight was SUPER excited. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
Morningkit's eyes widened and he murmured around his mouthful of feathers. "Wrht? Rzrally?" he asked and was sure Orchidsnow would have no idea what he just said so he spite out his bird for a moment. "She is? Why?" She's going to make me an apprentice? ~Patchfeather~ 17:30, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
"It shouldn't be long till your ceremony, maybe even today." Jayfligth glanced at Dapplekit holding her breath. "Need help? Don't worry, I can take the blood out of it if you don't like it." i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
"Okay." Jayflight took another bite of the mouse. "I heard Sorrelstar is going to make you apprentices early. If she does, then i'll start with the hunting portion." Jayflight's tail swept across the ground. i'm a blue jay in my nest What? It's TOTALLY normal, I think.
Sorrelstar flicked her ears forward as she thought of her deceased mate. Maybe if he hadn't of died, if StarClan hadn't of taken him away she would be able to actually care for the kittens. She knew he would want that but with him gone and the kittens acting more like her siblings than him she just couldn't bare the thought. My name is Lord Voldemort 19:50, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit nodded quickly. "I agree, I've always been rather diplomatic. Likely because I can't stand the sight, smell, or even taste of blood. I'd probably die as a loner."Silverstar 19:51, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit continued to be amazed all the way back to camp. He slid through the entrance, sure to keep his head and tail high, trying to make the bird in his jaws very noticable. ~Patchfeather~ 20:15, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit nodded her agreement before rolling onto her back lazily. Would her mother really make them apprentices early? Wasn't that against the code or something?Silverstar 20:54, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit gave a small shrug of her slender shoulders. "I dunno, I might...I don't belong in AutumnClan with a family full of hatred. I want to join a Clan where everyone respects me for who I am."Silverstar 21:25, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Morningkit marched over to Jayflight and Dapplekit, proudly setting his bird down. "I caught you a sparrow," he purred, unaware of what they were talking about. "Did you leave camp? I smelled you." ~Patchfeather~ 22:09, March 31, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplekit nodded slowly. "Yeah, I did leave camp. I got to climb up really high in a tree! Except I fell down, and it really hurt." She beamed at his sparrow before quickly thanking her brother.Silverstar 18:12, April 2, 2017 (UTC)
Sorrelstar strode out of her den, eyes searching the camp. She called forth a Clan meeting before starting without hesitation. "Today a warrior has passed her assessment and awaits to join her elders and ancestors as a warrior of AutumnClan. Leafpaw step forward." The silver and white tabby does so. "Do you promise to uphold the Warrior Code and protect your Clan with your life?"
"Then from this day forward you will be known as Leafpelt, for your courage and kind nature. May StarClan light your path." Once she was done with that ceremony she started on the second one. "Dipperkit, Swiftkit, Sycamorekit, Dapplekit, and Morningkit. You have all reached the age of six moons and are ready to be apprenticed. From this day forward you shall be known as the following Dipperpaw, Swiftpaw, Sycamorepaw, Dapplepaw, and Morningpaw. With your respective mentors being Aspenflower, Otterdance, Rosepetal, Jayflight, and Orchidsnow." With that done the leader jumped down and made her way out of camp. Morningpaw touched his nose to Orchidsnow's, having to stand on the tips of his toes. He snickered when Sorrelstar just left camp and didn't even congragulate them. Yeah, I mean it's no big deal really, we're just her kits 'n all... he thought eyes darkening. He turned toward his littermates, wondering if they would leave camp right away. Would they everything together? Explore the territory? Hunt? Battle-train? It would be pretty nice to beat Swiftpaw up. ~Patchfeather~ 19:09, April 3, 2017 (UTC)
Orchidsnow watched the leader momentarily before he started talking. "How about we head out for a little hunt eh?" He asked the small tabby, lifting his solemn gaze to meet his best friend's. My name is Lord Voldemort 19:30, April 3, 2017 (UTC)
Orchidsnow led the small apprentice out of camp proudly. Despite not knowing the tabby well he had grown quite fond of him. The gray warrior dipped his head as he walked, side by side with the blind tom. My name is Lord Voldemort 14:12, April 4, 2017 (UTC)
Morningpaw walked beside Orchidsnow, his ears flattened. He pushed his annoyance with Sorrelstar to the back of his head. He was an apprentice for crying out loud! There were more things to worry about then his mother. "Where are the borders?" he asked, picking up an odd scent that was disgusting, which he guessed could be another Clan. ~Patchfeather~ 19:37, April 4, 2017 (UTC)
Russetfur sat outside of the warriors den, grooming her soft, feather-like red colored pelt. Ears pricked, she turned her gaze towards the direction of the Nursey, purring as the warm sun batted at her ginger fur. You thought I was the nice one... you were wrong 20:33, April 4, 2017 (UTC)
Spottedflame padded into camp, followed closely by his russet sister. "I totally caught more than you. Probably 'cause you're so clumsy. The whole forest can hear you coming a mile away!" Spottedflame teased, dropping his mouse and blackbird onto the fresh-kill pile. Rowanshadow rolled her eyes, still holding her tiny shrew. It was just bad luck - besides, Spottedflame scared that plump squirrel away with his loud mouth. "Why don't you go moon over Bumblefern?" Rowanshadow retorted, eyes glittering when Spottedflame shuffled his paws in embarrassment. ~Patchfeather~ 21:18, April 4, 2017 (UTC)
The ginger-colored she-cat let out another purr of amusement as she watched the Spottedflame and Rowanshadow enter the camp, eyeing the fresh-kill pile as her stomach yowled like someone who was being attacked by a patrol of foxes. I'm glad the prey is finally plentiful again. Now no cat will go hungry, and hardly any of the other Clans will want to steal prey, surely? You thought I was the nice one... you were wrong 21:33, April 4, 2017 (UTC)
"Are you just going to keep hiding from her, or will you just tell her you like her? Hiding will never do any good - unless you're being attacked by some giant monster," Rowanshadow meowed through her shrew, becoming more serious, but still cracking a little joke.
Spottedflame shuffled his paws more, glancing shyly toward Bumblefern. What if he messed up? Acted weird? What if he sneezed on her and she never wanted to speak to him again? ~Patchfeather~ 21:53, April 4, 2017 (UTC)
Doing her best to push away the hunger that had clawed at her stomach, Russetfur rose to her paws, stretching her jaws into a wide yawn before making her way towards the exit of camp. Hopefully Sorrelstar will give me an apprentice soon. Pain and hunger knawed at her stomach again, but she simply ignored it, her tail swaying as she trekked through the lush green forest. You thought I was the nice one... you were wrong 22:47, April 4, 2017 (UTC)
Dapplepaw, although overly eager to beging her training with one of the few chill warriors, cast her brother a hesitant glance. "I don't think Morningpaw's really interested in hunting, ever since his little successful trip. Maybe we can hunt with him later?"---- Otterdance found the ceremony boring. Nothing new. So the handsome snowshoe warrior simply wandered off awkwardly to go...well, do something else.Silverstar 00:56, April 6, 2017 (UTC)
