Foxflame is a ginger tom with a golden hue, and white flash on his chest.
Description[]
Appearance[]
- Foxflame's pelt is quite a brilliant color, as if he was born from dying embers. His pelt is short, and dense, keeping him warm in the winter. His pelt is a bright, fiery ginger color with a small snow-white flash on his chest. His ginger pelt has the slightest tint of gold to it, slightly like his Grandmother's. Foxflame's pelt is often smooth and sleek to show off his young, strong body. His brightly colored pelt only has few stripes on it, on his head, tail, and legs. But, on his shoulders, he has one stripe reaching from the left to the right. Foxflame's pelt is often dusty from battling or hunting, but underneath, it's perfectly clean, because he just leaves the dust on for looks to impress others.
- Foxflame has a cute pale pink nose and tough, pale pink paw-pads. His bright, brilliant emerald green eyes stand out on his pelt, leaving she-cats in awe. His white whiskers are long, and often entangled due to their length. Foxflame's paws are massive and well-rounded, telling others that he will grow tall. His muzzle is larger size with an ever-so-slight square shape, and his bone structure is amazingly sturdy and strong, yet it has an average thickness. His ears are a perfect triangle shape, but don't happen to be feathered at the tips. His legs are well-muscled and a bit bulky, yet long with vast strides. Foxflame's shoulders are broad, as well as his shoulders, chest, and back, making him quite an intimidating cat. His tail is a bit longer than an average cat's, having a strong, long bone structure.
- He has long, sharp claws inside his massive paws that deal quite the damage. Foxflame's lower jaw is strong, and contain sharp, yellow-white teeth. Foxflame's claws are hooked, helping him get a better grip on his enemies and prey. His claws tend to poke out from his paws due to their longer size, and they often catch on leaves or grass as he walks. Like most of his family members, Flaringflame walks with his tail and head high in the air, proud of himself.
Health[]
- Since his moments of possession and torment at the claws of Lionstar, Foxflame has since grown withdrawn and mentally unstable. He seems to exhibit a level of anxiety, fear that history is bound to repeat itself and that he's likely to hurt someone again. The tom is likely to either snap or shut down under too much pressure, depending on the situation. He is attempting to rebound, but is struggling to do so.
Character[]
- To summarize, the tom is a shell of his former self. He was once brazen and egotistical, a resident of ThicketClan whose voice could be heard across the territory as he boasted of his abilities and flaunted them to all the apprentices. He was proud of the skills that he had developed from his great grandfather and the lineage that ran in his blood, believing himself to be destined for greatness. However, ever since he turned on his clanmate by accident while under the influence of the Dark Forest tom, he was grown paranoid and reclusive, so much that he abandoned his clan out of shame. No longer is Foxflame the bright sunshine that his pelt might represent- he avoids others as much as he can, in fear that the past might repeat itself. The coat and blood he now carries are a symbol of his shame.
- With his paranoia comes a self-conscious attitude and an overall air of protectiveness of himself and the few he lets within his inner circle. He longs for the companionship of his sister but understands that it's no longer safe to keep her company. Foxflame acts as if everyone sees him as a monster, causing him to always look over his shoulder or walk with his head down, rather than his chest puffed out like he once carried himself. Now, he is horribly passionate about others rather than himself, but those cats are far and few between. Foxflame is defensive because of what he has done. In order to get through to him, others must somehow work their ways between the many barriers he has set up.
- Like it or not, the tom is still a little unstable from what happened, even if it was moons prior. He is impatient and can be set off by random things from time to time, exploding into a passionate yet ferocious ball of safeguard. Foxflame can be very impatient in a lot of scenarios and so he therefore grows frustrated easily. So, it's not surprise to see him walk away from things. He's trying his hardest to recover and turn himself into a better cat, but it's a long journey that he may not be able to take up alone.
Abilities[]
- After many, many moons of intense training within the Dark Forest, Foxflame has grown into an exceptional and proven fighter. The skills that he has learned are ancient and forgotten, and more often than not, banned from use because they are considered far too gruesome. He has, however, used these against his own will while underneath the control of Lionstar. The tom proved his abilities after attacking and accidentally murdering his own clanmate, leading for him to become fearful of himself and flee his birthclan.
- A more unrecognized skill of the warrior would have to be his high level of stamina. While Foxflame isn't incredibly fast on his paws, he's somewhat of a long-distance sprinter. He sharpened this ability while training with his ancestor. However, he's hoping to put his stamina and high drive to better uses, such as hunting, rather than fighting.
Biography[]
Kithood & Adolescence[]
- Foxkit was the strongest kitten within Sparkfur's litter. His sister, Tinykit, was horribly small and was not fairing well, leaving his mother to instinctively neglect her and instead focus on feeding her son. The daughter was raised by other queens and managed to survive, while Foxkit continued to flourish under the care of his elderly mother.
- As an apprentice, Foxpaw was given a young warrior as a mentor. He learned a few things here and there, but he gained most of his knowledge from a cryptic source. The apprentice met his ancestor, Lionstar, in his sleep, and the silver-tongued tom convinced his descendant to meet with him nightly to engage in brutal training, so that he could grow up to be the best warrior ThicketClan had ever seen.
Adulthood[]
- Even as a full grown adult, Foxflame continued to train with the previous leader, as he saw no harm in trying to be the best. However, he got wrapped up in his own arrogance and was tempted by his great grandfather's darkness. He began to snap at his clanmates, and fell under the influence of Lionstar. The two appeared to have some strange connection, such that allowed Lionstar to eventually possess Foxflame and kill one of his clanmates.
- Terrified of what happened, the warrior broke contact with his ancestor and moved to FieldClan in fear that he might hurt his clanmates again.

- The love that Foxflame feels for his sister is unconditional and unwavering, so much that he's willing to pack up and abandon the birthclan that he thought so highly of in order to keep her safe. He longs for her companionship, as the pair were inseparable since birth, but he knows that it isn't in her best interest to be around him. He can only pray to StarClan that she forgives him for what he did, and that they can soon reconcile in peace and enjoy their bond like they once did as kits.
