This is where you can request to join StarClan. Before doing so, make sure you have read the rules before requesting a character. These forms will be accepted by a Staff member. Once you have done so, under a heading, fill out this form;

Name: Character name

Appearance: Their appearance (it must be realistic)

Character: List their key traits, preferably more than one.

Rank: You cannot request a high rank if it is your first character.
